My 1st daughter I noted seeing rib retractions once. She got 23-28% 02 blow into a humidicrib without the use of a vent/cpap/nasal cannula/nasal prongs, 2nd daughter only nostril flared twice, guzzled down a bottle, moaned for 12 hours and never needed 02.
