  • Prayer forced on students in public schools is by definition forcing religious instructions on individuals.

  • It is clear that Organized Religion is what the Founders despised and feared would do the same here as it did in Europe. When secular governments see the rise of Organized Religion as an increasing threat they are forced to enact laws and interpret intent of the Founders in such a way as to protect the core values the Founders intended; the protection of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Never underestimate the power of large groups of ignorant people driven by pundits with hysteria.

  • @theawakener7 Saved in the sense that they would have a savior, they would be saved from the burden of the Law, not literally saved as in they will automatically go to heaven. Remember how John the Baptist was preparing the way for Jesus by baptizing people he kept saying REPENT!! As in change your ways and follow Christ. Repenting is something you must do personally that is why John was challenging the jews and gentiles.

  • @theawakener7 If i never sin again there would still be the matter of the sins before I even started reading the bible. God knows its highly improbable for human beings never to sin but God by his righteous nature hates sin and will never come to a point of excusing it. Jesus even commands us to be perfect, Matthew 5:48 , why would God give a command that we couldn't keep. The only man who reached perfection so far was Jesus, I've been trying for 11 years maybe next year will be lucky.

  • @theawakener7 Honestly speaking I am weak; Jesus was sent because I am weak; I am a human. Its like saying go the rest of your life without making a mistake. Its possible never to make a mistake again but highly improbable. I try hard not to sin but i never quite make it and I don't have to worry about that. As long as I am trying God will see my efforts and judge my heart. God is not keeping a sin tally. 1 Samuel 16:7

  • @theawakener7 Ok I'm going the organize the questions in a nice yes or no format to make it easy for you.

According to your doctrine we are puppets on the stage of life where God is always pulling our strings. so....

    1. Is there such a thing as sin? Yes/No

    2. If yes, can human beings commit sins? Yes/No

    3. If yes, Is God ultimately responsible for all the sins committed by human beings as he controls us all absolutely. Yes/No

There you are nice and simple just for you.

  • @theawakener7 According to your doctrine I am an unwilling participant in God's lawbreaking. If God is controlling us just like puppets then there is no sin because it is primarily and solely God who transgresses his own laws apart from human will. Thank you very much that makes like easier, for now I can claim no responsibility for my actions and live guilt free.

I freely choose to sin or not to sin in any given circumstance God always provides an out to sin. 1 Corinthians 10:13

  • @theawakener7 God pours out salvation and blessings on those whom He favors. God brings judgment on those who continue to rebel against Him. “Woe to him who quarrels with his Master” (Isaiah 45:9). That is the person to whom God brings “evil” and “disaster.” So, rather than saying that God created “moral evil,” Isaiah 45:7 is presenting a common theme of Scripture – that God brings disaster on those who continue in hard-hearted rebellion against Him.

  • @theawakener7 ” The Hebrew word can refer to moral evil, and often does have this meaning in the Hebrew Scriptures. However, due to the diversity of possible definitions, it is unwise to assume that “I create evil” in Isaiah 45:7 refers to God bringing moral evil into existence. (2) The context of Isaiah 45:7 makes it clear that something other than “bringing moral evil into existence” is in mind. The context of Isaiah 45:7 is God rewarding Israel for obedience and punishing disobedience.

  • @theawakener7 Isaiah 45:7 in the King James Version reads, “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.” How does Isaiah 45:7 agree with the view that God did not create evil? There are two key facts that need to be considered. (1) The word translated “evil” is from a Hebrew word that means “adversity, affliction, calamity, distress, misery.” Notice how the other major English Bible translations render the word: “disaster” (NIV, HCSB).
