Normal computer can also render maxed out graphics video. When playing GTAIV, set water,shadow and reflection resolution to low and don't turn on night shadow unless you have good computer. Texture set to medium. View distance set to 60 and detail distance set to 40. Better set car density to 1 because too much car will make the game laggy. After edited, don't render it. Flash back to Graphic setting and maximize everything except graphics. When everything is done, you can render a video with m
