  • the guy in the blue does not seem to be enjoying the falls , lol

  • we just did this in class. Another good thing to know is that when youre holding below their elbow.. you control their arm bending. So if you push forward on them theyll start to resist, this is your chance to bend their arm to the INSIDE, and use your right hand to push them to the left and move in for the sweep. careful not to leave your pivot foot too far back.. or youre in a worse position than they are to be sweeped

  • O-Soto-Gari is the most basic Judo throw for anyone.

  • @TheIrishmauler My friend could throw you whatever the hell you're wearing. LOL. You can be shirtless, no problem. When you master the techniques, you're sending the dude for a ride. And he's gonna fall, HARD!
