President Obama has won the healthcare argument in Congress but the nationwide debate still rages. RT talks now to one of the opponents, Congressman Ron Paul. He say the plans provide a right that should not be offered by government.

  • @didickcheeseburger Then how irresponsible are the politics are for not fixing the underlying problems? Why would the cost would be rises? because the riches want to recover the money they would loses from healthcare. Now then would the republican would involved the rising cost? Ask Ron Paul and he answer "Because they have there own rights"

imagine your car wears out one tire twice as fast as the other three due to a bent a-arm. Then why can't the bent a-arm fixed? Because the driver were lazy.

  • @seand1234 theres a difference between fixing the healthcare system and dumping more taxpayer money into the constantly rising costs. yeah you can temporarily bandaid the problem by raising taxes but the rising costs are the underlying problem that needs to be addressed or eventually the problem will get out of control..

imagine your car wears out one tire twice as fast as the other three due to a bent a-arm. you dont just keep buying tires. you fix the underlying problem...the bent a-arm.

  • @lanfranco2941 Healthcare is life. most treatments are too expencive. Stories of people diying for cause they can't afford treatments that can save their lives. The UK is sucsessful. the NHS functions well and there is competion by other private insures most popular being bupa. It can work and taxes are the same at the US. We still maintain a capatlist society. Police and fire services are tax funded why not healthcare. BTW people still have to pay for cosmetic treatments.

  • holy shit how much makeup is she wearing

  • I guess that Ron paul and rich people have no kindness to care for middle class

  • And i wanna see were in the constitution it is said that america is driven by libertarian ideas.

  • Irresponsible politicians will drive US to bancrupty, not healthcare.

  • @esca8652 So then why not just buy the house instead of paying the government for it. It seems like you just said that instead of paying a company for the house, or building it yourself, you'd pay the government for the house. It seems like too much effort and allows a chance for corruption and bureaucratic inefficiencies.

  • @web262 LETS MAKE HIM PRESIDENT!!! ITS UP TO US!!!
