As to his message, the message of Jesus Christ was a simple message, a simple message, he said to his people, when they asked him, 'oh rabbi teach us how to pray', he said 'I will teach you how to pray' and you Christians here you recite along with me, you remember the Lord's Prayer, you didn't forget that, what did he say? He said 'Our father who art in heaven' he didn't say MY father who I'm with in heaven. 'Hallowed be (praise be) thy name' not MY name and OUR name, but THY name. 'Thy will be done, on earth where I am and you are as it is in heaven, where you are only God, give us this day our daily bread' That means me my mother and ALL the human beings give all of us this day our daily bread, and give us something to drink afterwards. Coz' that goes along with bread, Jesus not asking for bread and you and I not going to ask for bread and don't drink water, so if Jesus and his mother said give us this day our daily bread, that means they had to eat, they had to drink and like you and I, when we eat and drink the body uses a portion of it and what the body doesn't use we defecate and urinate. Can you imagine God defecating and urinating? 'Give us this day our daily bread! And forgive us our trespasses' now God is not trespassing against nobody. 'As we forgive those that trespass against us, And lead us not into temptation, and deliver us from evil, for Thine is the kingdom the power and the Glory forever and ever, Amen.

I just would like to ask the Christians here, could Jesus peace be upon him, not have simply been saying what God was saying through Gabriel? That's how it was with all the other prophets, when they heard something from Gabriel they simply said it too. So when you say Jesus said this and that, could he not have been saying what Gabriel was saying? Cus Gabriel was simply repeating what God was saying no? Cus when a prophet receives revelation, he says what he hears no? Not to offend anyone, just

@DCcharger55 We also believe he is a Prophet (second last prophet) and the Messiah as he will descend to demascus in the future, but differences between Islam and Christianity when it comes to Jesus peace be upon him, is for example, you believe he died than was resurected after three days after being crucified, while we believe Allah raised him before crucifiction and deceived the disbelievers trying to kill him. simalrarities between us are the virgin birth and his miracles. :)

@IslamMisunderstood yess, Not only was Jesus a prophet, but also the messiah. In the OT, in order to be forgiven of our sins they needed a pure lamb to be sacrificed. Jesus fulfilled the prophecies of the other prophets. He was the one who would be born from a virgin, die, and rise again in 3 days. Thats how he's different from all the other prophets.

The bread means the word of God,.not food..as in "your spiritual food..(.your daily bible reading.)" . and the lords prayer was for when Jesus left...it wasnt a prayer for Jesus.

The Qur'an was written about around 600 years after the bible. Anything said about Jesus in the Qur'an is a lie.

Why is Jesus even in there if what he taught was already written in the Bible. And his teachings do not go in harmony with the Qur'an. He taught that he was the Son of God. Jesus does not worship "Allah' and he didn't preach for "Allah" your God, this cannot be refuted.
