If we try to find the boundary of space, we should define it by the altitude and the speed.
Because the 1st cosmic speed (28000km/h) needs eligible altitude (about 100-120 km) where the air not dense.

So i think the orbital spaceflight the real spaceflight (like Gagarin's Vostok 1).
And why we start the Space Age with the Sputnik 1 and not with the german V2? Because the V2 just flew above 100km but not reach the 1st cosmic speed.
