Social Workers Are Bullied by District Attorneys Office

Sedgwick County KS DA Office Bully's Social Workers. District Attorney states not her intention to fly over Sedgwick County on a broom and remove children from their homes. Sedgwick County DA says they use "Boilerplate paragraphs" in CINC petitions. boilerplate is basically a "one size fits all". Sedgwick County's system is corrupt. Children are removed from their homes and loving families over non-abuse/neglect. Examples of reasons for removal: runaway, truancy, out of control behavior. Just another way to OVER medicate our children!

I know this is going on all over the US and I also see this happening in Canada and Great Britain. But statistics show that Wichita KS is the worst in the nation (US)! This has to stop. We all have to come together and stop allowing the government to tell us how to raise our children, we have to stop the denial of our civil rights, we have to stop the denial of our children's civil rights!

It's past time that the truth be told, children have been denied their right to their own family because of the abuse of power within sedgwick county ks. The district attorneys, law enforcement, social workers, attorneys, judges and many more people should be held accountable for each and every child they have illegally removed from their home. Where is the checks and balances within a system that was designed to protect children? These people that are involved need to be charged with crimes.

i am part of this srs program they took my kids,they have been gone for a year and a half i,m seeing only one child,but they won,t let me see the others,i wish i never took the deal on the criminal side now they want to terminate my rights,i,m going through a bunch of court orders,but they said even if i go through theses court orders i may still not get my kids back except my oldest which is 15 yrs old,i need a lawyer that will except payments

Poor Soc ial workers - they can't handle getting cussed & screamed at - like I saw happen to elder being abused long time & when I tell these idiot soc wrkrs abt it - they act like I'm nut case........Soc Wrkrs, if UR being threatened then U are even worse than thought - bc U have no care but ur own well being & not that of those whom U hurt frequently bc U dont help ppl & U victimize victims!! It's OK 4 soc wrks 2 destroy lives frequently bc Gov threatens em if they don't, OH I get it.

Social Workers have secure jobs - It's very hard 4 them to get fired - they prob get transferred but not fired - I've seen it at VA - seen docs totally F up & not get fired but demoted & prob later promoted again........it's very hard 2 get recourse when Gov F's up ur life - Soc Wrkrs R the ones payed to help w/Elder Abuse & foster care - etc - yet they hurt ppl more than help & shld b fired when cause ppl damages...."WeThePeople" pay their salary w/txs 2 do jobs they often #fail 2 do!!

@sumrluvngrl I got more 2 add, if UT lets me, sometimes my comments dont post - 4 some reason.....hmmm.....RE my bitchn abt SocWRkrs not hlp w ElderAbuse - there's tons of Gov literature on what EldrAbuse is - yet when I tell SocWrkrs abt goings on that is exactly as described in GV lit. - they treat me like idiot - but they're inept & say2me "what do U mean?" & "I don't understand" & send me 2 diff GV depts, none of which help WTF - Surely our GV leaders know SocWrkrs suck but nevr say so!

I am so angry - like seething angry bc neglect of Social Workers help 4 elder abuse prob - caused me & elder tremendous ongoing agony - AGAIN this vid doesnt pertain 2 elder abuse, the point is SOCIAL WORKERS SUCK ASS & WORSE!!!! I agree with @BeyondBeliefs - I was mal-treated by social workers when tried to get help for an elder abuse crisis - the abuses continued for years - by several people doin this bc soc wrkrs didn't help and I was too sick to try to further do anything abt it - and I know this isn't an elder abuse article but the point is - Soc Wrkrs either don't help or generally create bigger probs - they suck ass!!!

I'm a Christian & I don't believe God told us to allow everyone to screw us over, I believe as Christians we are also called to stand up against evil - so which rule do we apply, turn the other cheek - or fight for our rights, God didn't create cowards, did he?? THis turn the other cheek rule - I don't think means let people screw us over - in fact I think Joyce Meyer who was sexually abused as child even preaches that God doesn't expect us to let people abuse us.
