This is a video of me doing Troll Stronghold for DT with No prayer rand done solo. MY friend told me I had to use prayer to do it, but it turns out I only used 2 sharks and 10 minutes to do the quest. I figured since I vidded it, no matter how easy it is to do, I would upload it just as a guide for anyone out there who needs help with this quest, though I doubt that is possible cause it is really easy.

Well, I got 53 thieving this morning at like 3. Now aI am going on a shopping spree for bloods and other runes for wave spells. Tomorrow I'll probably start DT, in which I will do that No Prayer/Solo.
