Top Properties Corporation: REIT

Last night Damian, Keith, Adrian Goldstein, and Andrew Lee went to the Top Properties Corporation's headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. Top Properties was founded by Michael Chang. Michael Chang has been giving seminars over the last few weeks about how to invest in REO properties. He is going to be starting a REIT with many Korean American investors. He was expecting about 70 people to come, but well over 100 came. The entire seminar was given in Korean. However, Andrew Lee was able to help us out by translating for us.

In the middle of the seminar, to our surprise Michael pulled up our website and displayed it to the entire room. Andrew told us that he told the audience that if some young adults could pull off purchasing REO properties, adding value to them, and reaping significant cashflows, then they should be able to also.

Michael also mentioned that his partner Steve Wasserman from Wasserman, Comden, & Casselman was going to involved as well.

We are looking forward to working with Michael Chang and his team at Top Properties Corporation in the near future.
