God of war universe is easy to be created cause it's the greek mythology and everything is given in advance. Soul Reaver games are unique to have their own universe which makes them equal to God of war franchise(if not superior). :)

@CRISwraith Vorador forged the reaver, later, after several years, Janos took the sword for himself and imbued it with vampiric essence making it blood reaver, later Raziel entered the sword, the future Raizel, and made Soul Reaver.

I get it Yanos's heart is used to create Kain. as well Yanos had Voridor forge the soulreaver. hmm. awsome story =]

good. but the wings though... remember kain fed on hylden blood at some point before creating raziel. maybe kain still had a little left in him before giving raziel the dark gift.
