@mikedunlap41391 While I usually don't wear my helmet, that's only because I ride in mud all the time, I mean like a 10 mile trail where you might reach hard ground once or twice. Any time we ride on black top to get to the trail though, I throw it on, and whenever I mess around on hill climbs too. Not only is it smart, but it sets a positive image of the sport, unlike idiots like you flying around w/o them, that just makes us all look bad and leads to more negative views about us
