    The fact is that smokers do statistically have more health problems and take more breaks than non-smokers. This impacts an employer's profits. Contrary to popular belief, there actually is no law that says a business cannot tell you what to do in your private life.

  • Employees keep smoking & don't back down. There will be a war soon!

  • good topic but i dont think they should ban smoking...i know smoking is bad but the fact that it shouldnt be a big deal at a worplace
