At the end of over 4 hours teaching (this was directly following a 2 hour pole session), we decided to ask a student to pick any cd and stick any track on from that CD.

helicopter, 1 handed caterpillar, gemini, swallow, the serpants, spin up, pole ride, the Emily, jagged edge, caterpillar, elbow grip Ayesha, medusa legs, cross ankle release, bow, bent knee bow, bow and arrow, figure 4 to tuck combo spin, shoulder mount, tail slide, chop stick spin.
The choice was the latest Pink Album and this track.
It was then down to Emily to improvise her way through the song.
