When Shpresa Perlleshi's parents first came to America, they settled in The Bronx in New York City. Soon, there were several Perlleshi children. Money was scarce as they performed building maintenance in exchange for rent. All kids took part... I hope you don't mind some constructive comments. While doing the classic "crunch", it is best to support the neck, while keeping your elbows spread. The head should be as relaxed as possible, with the chin reaching for the ceiling. This maximizes the upper abs' effort while minimizing neck strain. :)
