  • if blind guardian would have a little more publicity, they would be known all over the world!! that's what I like about them, they don't care about being famous, they only care about the music!!

All hail the Bards. All hail their music.

  • @jappieman12345 All you have to do is spread the word ;)

That's why i love them so much :D

  • The way they end it off is just brilliant. So chilling and dark, Morgoth himself would have loved it.

  • @jappieman12345 I don't know if they care about being famous or not, but their music is top notch and it grabs my very soul.

  • 'Last of all, Húrin stood alone. Then he cast aside his shield, and wielded an axe two-handed; and it is sung that the axe smoked in the black blood of the troll-guard of Gothmog until it withered, and each time that he slew Húrin cried: 'Aurë entuluva!

    DAY SHALL COME AGAIN!'

    -The Silmarillion-

  • Nightfall in Middle Earth - FLAWLESS.

  • @ECiriachi its spelled emphasis. Y is never used like that in english

  • I just bought this who album on amazon for eight bucks. Best. Decision. Ever.

  • @SednaOfAnterra

Yes, the timpani are very good.

  • Greatest song by the band as a whole.

  • I love the part at the end when all the other instruments drop and the drums (Timpanis, I believe...) are all that's left and the vocals deepen. <3

  • @jappieman12345

I thought they are already known all over the world? :p

  • "The field was lost and hope had passed away, the sun went down beyond the sea, dark was the hour BUT DAY SHALL COME AGAIN!"

The story of Hurin and his poor kids always brings me to tears, gotta love how BG incorporated that last line in their song...shivers down my spine every time!
