Severe Weather In Sacramento California

I was on my computer at home when I saw the unusual cloud patterns, so I thought if KCRA has anything to say for it. When I changed to them, I saw a "Tornado Warning" on the Sacramento area and Roseville and North Highlands. So, I wanted to see if I could find any funnel clouds, given the fact if there were any. Turns out, there weren't. Lucky me. What's unlucky is that I wasn't able to capture the thunder and lightening that occurred just seconds before I started recording. I was in Folsom where alot of that hit. We were recieving dime sized hail. There was 6 to 10 inches of water running through the gutters for the entire time. There was flash flooding all over the place. What was craziest was the lightning. It was sideways and went over the tops of trees and homes and didnt seem to ground. I saw 2 funnels in Folsom, El Dorado hills border. No touch down, but where the foot hills start the clouds 500-1000 feet wide would spin and drop.
