lol it's not fake the military actually has these (crazy yea) it does something to the water particles in you and since humans are mainly made up of water when the ray gun sends out the electromagnetic pulse it *excites* the water particles and fucks you up :)

it reminds me when I sat in japan in those springs...in a swimming pool there was electricity, i didn't know it, i just felt TERRIBLE, feeling a hard pain through my body and inside my bones.

They said that was good for health, anyway I could not resist 3 seconds inside the water.
