Lost count during the first set of deads. First time using cambered bar and deads with bands. First time on the prowler and on a proper GHR as well.

Working on getting back flatter on deads. Vast improvement. Only horrid rep was the 10th rep on the first set, didn't reset. Also was trying doing breathing out/in at the top for most reps (until i was gassed)
