I'm speaking on date Jan 7th, 2012. As such I can do a retrospective analysis to discern whether the pomp of (C)obama matched the reality of his tenure in office.

Unfortunately, there wont be any "difference" or "change" in US foreign policy under Obama! Robert Gates spelt it out very clearly in Obama's early days! He said: "Foreign Policy & Defence will be off - limits to you!" Even if Obama wanted to, he cant by the powers that be!

You can see the outcome of it right here on the Tube where so many Americans react in angry disbelief at things the whole rest of the world knows. Iran is shown projecting hate for the US but Americans are never told all the reasons Iranians might have for hating the US. And there are plenty. Media Bias by omission. @CobinRain I have been living in Canada for 10 years without ever hearing of him. I could only assume less people know of him the the U.S. They must have done a good job keeping him off main stream media while making sure he wont know he's half censored.
