Its infested by parasites that take over it's brain.The Antenna Start swelling,And that makes birds mistake it for maggots,So they eat the Antenne and the parasite lays eggs,they will spread through the bird's waste,And then this will start over again.

Worms have gone into its brain and taken over it and makes the snail go in the sun in brod daylight to get eaten by birds whitch the worms reproduce then the bird poops out the worm eggs and the snail eats the poop and gets infested again

The snail has a parasite inside it.
Then it makes its eyes pulsate and all colorful so that the snail will be eaten,
Most likely by a bird,
and that spreads the parasite around.
