yes smartass but this shows that people were not the primitive peoples mainstream science and history make them out to be!! why don't they want us to know about the batterys or electricty etc that was already discovered, have oyu seen the tomb in egypt where there are carvings of helicopters and planes, or the indian vimanas? scientists today can't even decode the instructions for building the vimans it is so complex.

Not extra-terrestrials - bugger it. Its ancient human civilisations. There were fairly advanced ancient human civilisations, particularly before 11,000 BC, and sporadically since - along with the useless inadequate primitive types in the meantime. If you went back in time more than 12,000 years you could most likely find some cluey, ingenious types of civilisation with suprisingly advanced trimmings of civilisation, and which were large and expansive, and who were uncannily knowledgeable..

wow a straight line, how would would one do that with out modern technology, maybe you need to talk to some old contrustion workers not some one who needs to know how to use a computer. It is called a plum line or as some of you know it as a string with a rock as the bottom. you would be amazed at how straight gravity can make something.
