@1cleandude it probably has something to do with his swimming pants. Their buoyancy is probably above the average swimming shorts.

Oh dear! This is how I have been trying to learn to swim better - trying to travel max per stroke, keeping it slow and aware - so this vid commentary was interesting - even if watching it hasn't "solved" anything. Latest discovery which has helped freestyle in pool, thanks to GoSwim, has been alternating between back and freestyle. The backstoke into free puts fluidity into the freestyle - I think.
Still, am looking for a beginner vid for butterfly learning drills. Any suggestions?
