Ferrets Playing in the Water: "Sid Snorkeling"

Yesterday, my husband and I bought the kids a plastic pool for the kids to play in. I got a plastic container, filled it with water and put it in the pool just to get them used to the idea of the pool. Well, 3 of my 5 ferrets when bananas over their little pool (The other two would just wet their noses). Sid, Diego and Crash would dunk their heads in the water and retrieve the balls (They did this over and over, especially Sid and Diego). Here is Sid retrieving the balls. He is the most that played in the water. My little fisher-ferret:)

Unfortunately, Sid is the only one who thinks he's a beaver in the water. The other 4 are intimidated with the water. Except for their new rice box I just gave them. They go bananas over it. I have to post a video of that one.

@jkjl123 Oh, no. I would never abuse my babies (5). They all have their own unique personality. I think Sid thinks he is part fish or something. He just loves playing in the water. Everytime I get them out for playtime, he goes straight to their drinking water and starts splashing and trying to move the water dish (I have the dish in an empty litter box to maintain the water inside). I have to change the water sometimes. Oh, well. At least he keeps clean! LOL!
