自然站立,兩足平行分開,與肩同寬,兩臂自然鬆垂身側,含胸收腹,腰脊放鬆。
正頭平視,口齒輕閉,寧神調息,氣沉丹田。
雙手自身側緩緩舉至頭頂,這過程要一直吸氣,如果舉至頭頂還未吸氣完畢,要托舉至吸氣 完畢,下巴要收,頸要直,肩要夾頸,呼氣要慢,雙手轉掌心朝下,動作隨呼吸時間完成。 吸氣舉手不可以心急,放下亦要徐徐自然。循環做八次。

功用:可吐故納新,調理臟腑功能,滑利關節,尤其對上肢和腰背。
