In vid. nr. 2 I saw there on the beginning the Gonkhang with some Deities with covered faces. Do you know the names of those deities?

In the Jokhang? I'm not sure which you mean, but there was some repair going on while I was there, so perhaps it was something under wraps.

"To the right of the assembly hall is the Gonkhang, a protector chapel, with eerie statues of former Bon demons that were turned into fierce Buddhist protector deities." Google Bon and you'll find who these statues were of before they were wrestled into submission by Padmasambhava during his great Bon v Buddhist debate. I think after the debate, the Bon moved to America and became Native Americans - apache for example, who also use the swatstika (symbol of eternity)

"Inside this chapel there are images of terrifying anti-gods and demons, most have their faces covered up as they are deemed to be too frightening to be exposed. There is also a strong smell of alcohol in this chapel, as devotees make offerings of chang beer to pacify the gods. Offerings also of knives and guns, with the promise that peace will be kept. As lying constitutes a sin, leaving your weapons in the chapel, you are making a promise not to break your peace pledge." from a webpage.
