In vid. nr. 2 I saw there on the beginning the Gonkhang with some Deities with covered faces. Do you know the names of those deities?

In the Jokhang? I'm not sure which you mean, but there was some repair going on while I was there, so perhaps it was something under wraps.

"To the right of the assembly hall is the Gonkhang, a protector chapel, with eerie statues of former Bon demons that were turned into fierce Buddhist protector deities." Google Bon and you'll find who these statues were of before they were wrestled into submission by Padmasambhava during his great Bon v Buddhist debate. I think after the debate, the Bon moved to America and became Native Americans - apache for example, who also use the swatstika (symbol of eternity)
