@webe123 Not necessarily. There are exceptions to an absolute of 'anytime.' If it furthers the plot to kill off a main character (ie. George R.R. Martin's Game of Thrones) then it's understandable and not to any detriment. However, in this case no it didn't make sense. It ruined the camaraderie among the riders, then again, the show wasn't that well-written to begin with. It was a show of good looking manflesh and little else.

well i hope the ABSOLUTE IDIOTS that wrote this piece of garbage are happy! They killed off the series when they did this.
I think for a lot of viewers of the young riders that was the last straw!
Anytime you kill off a main character, there is a price to pay.
That "price" was the cancellation of the show after the rest of the third season. First they took off Sam and Emma and then Ike...no wonder the show only lasted three years with stupid people writing drivel like that! No surprise

Great clip I was 8 months pregnant with my first and sobbed. Ike and Buck are my favorites and hated to see Ike leave the show. I still get a lump in my throat.

the chemistry was broken when travis fine left it was not the same it was focused to much on kid and lou and jimmy,buck seemed to just do nothing,it jst fell flat after this episode.

That was the best show I have ever watcheed! Does anyone have any idea of a nother show that was time traveled cowboys t present and fight crime in New York?If so, I would like info on how to get copies of it and Young Riders.
