Earth Hour ~ You can make a change.
"Earth Hour started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia when 2.2 million homes and businesses turned their lights off for one hour to make their stand against climate change. Only a year later and Earth Hour had become a global sustainability movement with more than 50 million people across 35 countries participating. Global landmarks such as the, Sydney Harbour Bridge, The CN Tower in Toronto, The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, and Romes Colosseum, all stood in darkness, as symbols of hope for a cause that grows more urgent by the hour."

What did you do for Earth Hour or what will you do for it next time?
Personally I lighted some candles and turned all the lights off. My parents didn't turn the light off in living room, but it's their choice. I enjoyed the hour and didn't turn the lights on for another half an hour after the Earth Hour had passed. I took some nice pictures of the candles and decided to make one into an 'Earth Hour poster'. I must admit I kept the computer on, but maybe next year I'll go to Helsinki and I can turn all machines off for an hour. We'll see~

I feel bad..I didn't know it was Earth Hour today...but I wasn't home for the majority of the day..so depending on when it was..I could have participated in it and not have even known :0
I'll keep it in mind for next year tho :)

I attended. My family turned off almost everything, we lit candles and sat in the kitchen playing Scrabble together.
