  • We need a Monkey Bar Gym in Dallas, TX!!!!

  • another thing with pushups go all the way down take your hands off the floor real quick and go back, no cheating

  • That push-up tip was very helpful! Thank You!

  • @MikeEves1 Yeah, because they're most likely trying to increase strength and size.

There not there that day to do cardio.

If they're pumping weights to lose weight however that's not too smart, although over time it will wittle down the fat.

  • It may seem like the obvious to you and I but you only have to go to the average corporate gym to the majority of clients (and PTs) sitting down on seats pushing weights on machines where the weight has already been balanced and controlled for them; crazy.

  • @MikeEves1 well.. now that we have a firm grasp on the obvious lets move on shall we?

  • People are out of shape mainly becuase they do too much sitting. Easy to correct; just get them moving and using their body.

  • Pressups are a tough exercise even for seasoned professionals (taht's why the military use them) if you perform them under the correct protocols. Such as prison work outs, timed sets (15/15, 40/20, 30/30) and even Tabata. Jon on the video teaches this in his classes.

  • @MikeEves1 What are you trying to say? I'm sure your comment would sound smart if it made sense. Sadly you fell short of the bar.

  • I suppose you could say the same about running. Afterall it's just one foot after the other.
