Not too mention that every 17 seconds here in the US someone is arrested for pot possession. Aside from that, we have 5% of the world's population but 25% of the world's incarcerated population. The Land of the Free isn't what it seems anymore. IT'S TIME TO END PROHIBITION....END THE WAR ON CITIZENS/CIVIL LIBERTIES

gunn, I want it legal because of the people that suffer because of its current state. I was married to a smoker as a non smoker myself because i was pulling away from the criminal lifestyle and trying to make my marriage work. I didn't like having dealers in my life and I think they created tension that hurt our relationship. Nothing about the law can justify why I had to feel like a criminal because i loved a smoker.

Just when I thought I could final agree with the old judge, he goes and drops a right-wing talking point. *sigh (Freedom watch for all but women huh?).

gunn how about making tobacco illegal so the military prison industrial complex can make money locking up tobacco users too since it is the most addictive and deadliest of all drugs. May you want to use a machine gunn and just kill all drug users

Look at the science and the facts throw out the misinformation and lies and there is no debate, Prohibition Doesnt Work.

We learned in the 20s that Prohibition only creates criminals, that control the market, sell to minors, bring violence into the streets, and makes a police state.

I will not stop fighting this issue until my kids dont have to suffer the same corruption and criminals that we have for 72yrs.

To repeat an action only to get the same resolt is madness = Failed Drug War.
