Pre-Poke for Fitness (For Charity) - DO ITTTT!

Wanna help raise money without spending a dime?!? Starting tomorrow at 5pm Central, I will be doing another 24 hour Poke for Fitness, along with Ang (sunsetlover/thedailydiet). A good friend of ours is donating $1 per poke, up to 300 pokes. He will be sending me the money to donate to the Charity of my choice this month. I am asking ANYONE and EVERYONE that wants to help, to poke ME OR ANG tomorrow, starting tomorrow night. YOU get to decide whether you want us to do 5 push ups, or 5 sit ups for your poke!
