It's the coconut monkey!
This is from the old PC Gamer magazine demo discs that were included with the magazine. The coconut monkey was a "mascot" of sorts for the magazine and this video was a welcoming intro to the demo discs, which were presented more like a Myst game that included demos, videos, cheats, & mysteries that you could solve.

the memories, Those were the days when shit like incubation and beavis and butthead were considered good pc demos... and windows 95 had just came out... The days of Timmmmeeee Commando... :(

Yep, that's exactly where I got this. I thought it was hilarious and for some reason I saved it and here it is preserved for nostalgia for anyone who remembers it. I loved those demo cd's, they were really well done with all the extras and stuff on them.
