3) Footage must include time spent as a Borg Drone while still a part of the Hive Mind (cannot include any from Scorpion pt2 where she's had some implants removed)

I think if I ever have any daughters, the tv character I will encourage them to idolize is JAneway, I always thought she was almost the perfect woman, cause she's such a woman, but still so commanding and capable, she's like exactly what they had in mind when they came up with feminism!! Go Janeway!

I completely agree. Janeway exudes confidence and gracefulness in everything she does. I believe she is the epitome of what a "Lady" should be. She is able to take charge and kick some butt. However she also has the respect of men and women, which is one thing some women in charge do not have. She does all this while also remaining compassionate, feminine, and sexy. She just has it all. I also can't think of another actress that could have portrayed her as perfectly as Kate Mulgrew.
