Rep. Gabrielle Giffords left the hospital and boarded an airplane Wednesday to travel to Florida to see her husband's space shuttle launch. (April 27)

Oy veh! The launch of the Endeavor is about a scientific MISSION, not about a Jewish congresswoman who had the misfortune of getting shot. If NASA want this to be a story about Ms Giffords, let them stuff her in the cargo hold and keep the cameras focused on her so she can tell her story to the world in real time.
