my car getting crashed into

the gal in the blue car hits me in the silver car.she took the blame there and then.once she found out the cost she said bump for bump.there was no damage to her car but £1250 damage to mines.i was lucky to get this from our office IT folk. Hopefully i will win my insurance case,still waiting.
i stop and no more.watch her brake lights closely, they dont go on til after she hits me and stops.
car park is reverse parkin, i was away to park in the space at the rear of my car.she came out like she was driving a bus, right on to my side of the carpark

@n325aej after 6 months i eventually won(the silver car) her insurance company kept coming back 50/50 but my insurance company said theres noway its 50/50

once my mom crashed into another car (she isnt like the other parking fail women) she was backing up not knowing there was another car backing up and they both crashed right into eachother!
