I was struck by a nearly identical experience at age 22. My mind pushed it away for 25 years. However, I'm now feeling a pull to return home. Today, there seems to be a convergence of contemporary speakers on the subject of "awakening".

RE: the guy in traffic who was your roommate
I learned a new word the other day. Have you heard the word synchromysticism?

We are simular, but not the same.

The feeling of unity -we are all the same, is something Hitler achieved in his own population in a way as no other, the tool to achieve this was to create a difference from his own to others..that is the grand error in his vision as creating unity in one group caused pain and suffering to others...the question remains is unity possible without difference?
I think not because how would such a united population know what difference and unity is if they we were all the same?..so my concluson would be , we are all individuels -mirroing each yes, but the reflections is what makes us unique. I find the we "are all the same" ideologie insufficient to explain our world and ourselfs..what do you think?

i agree. we are not all the same. we are all connected, all reflections of one another, but we each absorb and emphasize certain aspects of the other and so we all appear unique.
