Third Sprayer Adds Mixture to Jet Plume. Turns On and Off NYC OCT 2009

Early morning blue skies were turned into milky haze. Same story. Some spray planes seem to target regular cumulus type clouds. Looking closer, this plane turns on sprayer nozzle right over the cloud. The cloud later disappeared, as contrail haze and man-made clouds took over. www.newyorkskywatch.com

Hey I have another questionS: Who is doing this? do they live here in the same planet? or they just bring their planes from another dimmension to do the job and back to the future?I have not see anybody wallking on the streets with masks, I have not see the magic glass bubble city in the midle of nowhere(where this people live)are they killing the air and water that they also will use in the future?I saw and old movie of bombers on their way to Germany..were they spraying too since then?
