  • Chinese say(or used to till 1940´s) all the tea is either White,Yellow(Rarity and weird),Green,Blue(WuLong),Red(­what other countries say is black IE. Darjeling or Assam or Kemou or such),Black(PuErh). Too bad yellow tea was not mentioned.

    On top of that rainbow of tea there are thease weirdoes that can not be cathegorized. What do you call roasted grean tea anyway? (Hôjicha)
