Dominic is 70 years old and makes what many consider the best pizza in NYC
here he is working on our pie. He makes them one at a time. Noone else touches the pie. All these people waited 2 hours for him to make their pizza. Well worth the wait. DiFaros Pizza in Flatbush.
@mzshan79 You're from Canada. Who gives a crap about your opinion. This is NYC honey... the big time.

Dominic DeMarco's hands should be registered as National Treasures. As others have said, he is an Artist. His Pizza is his Art. Thats why people who are famous for being impatiient (my fellow NY'ers) are watching this man do his work. I've been there at time when its as quiet as a church, with 50 people just watching The Master toil at his "Arte".

This comment has received too many negative votes show
man this man is obiously unorganised. and all these ppl are fools to be waiting for the pizza, I dont care how good the pizza is. 2 things these ppl need to get a life. and this old fool either needs to get organized with his mis-en-place or retire!

I really can't stand sissy germaphobes and effete losers complaining about that kind of stuff. There's nothing wrong with using ones hands to cook. You're not gonna get friggin diptheria. Go eat at pizza hut if you want sterile phony garbage, you god damn bastard.

Damn it Dom, ease up on the olive oil!!!!
You use way too much olive oil which turns the pizza into a goopy mess that needs to be eaten with a knife and fork.

Damnnn check out everyone at 1:22 sec. You could hear phone ring & a pin drop!! that has got to be some serious pizza to make a NYorker wait 2 hours for a pizza. That's a frickin trip! that man is an artist makin his master piece. I guess you wouldn't rush Michael-Angelo when he's got a brush in his hand either.

Dom keeps it real with the best pizza in Brooklyn, any of the five boros, and possibly the world. Shame (for us!) that a small local place like this got all that publicity and now the wait can exceed one hour for a few slices. The members of the press that first started talking about this place are schmucks.

i actually ate his pizza today- it wasnt all that great. i waited close to an hour and he handled my money and then sprinkled cheese on my pizza. that was a BIG turn off
