    Responsability is not about blaming someone else or blaming yourself.Responsability is about making a difference rather than a endless good bad cycle.Beware of people that judge, they make the problem bigger, they aren't offering any real help are they?

  • I've never witnessed an interview in which the interviewer spoke more than the interviewee. When Pisani said quite poignantly, "Not talking about it is clearly failing," he looked at her as if she'd just made a joke. The only joke, sir, is your employment.
