This game is one of my favorites for the Sega Master System! I believe it's based on an old Chinese legend called JOURNEY TO THE WEST (Dragon Ball Z's influence). Good news! CLOUD MASTER is being re-made and released on the Nintendo Wii as THE MONKEY KING: THE LEGEND BEGINS! No Joke!

for those of you who liked this game there is a remake/update of it on the wii called The Monkey King: The Legend Begins that maintains most of the game play mechanics like killing tough enemies to get to mid level shops and flying around on a cloud shooting stuff while scrolling from left to right. Many of the enemies are very similar as well.

You can get the game for cheap too, like 5 bucks at gamestop if you are lucky or 10-15 at Target or Wallmart.

I loved this game, but it also made me want to kill myself.

Luckily I downloaded the ROM and beat it.

It gave me closure and I was able to move on in life.
