Ok now i can say proudly GE sucks they just got to my terrible companies list

Ok I'm not going to get into all the debates involved here. But why does an ad thats supposed to promote coal as an energy source use a song that's pretty much about how much working in coal mine sucks a big one?

BIG LIE Renewable energy is cheaper than fossil TODAY... IF you factor in all the externalized costs Health (asthma, mercury in fish); Environmenal damage, military, etc., etc. The consumer pays twice without realizing it -- Plus renewable energy creates 4x more local jobs than fossil Wake up

Government Electric....Obama what a hypocrite...did you hear about the 500 tons piece of coal they found?it is being moved to south dakota so that Barack H. Obama can be added to Mt Rushmore!

The choice of music is ironic, since it's about the coal industry's exploitation of workers. Cuck Foal!

Oh this had me rolling in laughs. GE should go back to the advertising agency that made this and reclaim their money. Whoever made this obviously had *no* intention of rooting this in any kind of reality.

Man, it's bad enough that people are dumb enough to fall for the whole "clean coal" idea in the first place. No matter how it's burned, if coal has to be taken out of the earth, it'll never be "clean". I bet poppie1582 can back me up on that one.
