Private insurance in Germany is cheaper than a lot of the government insurance plans and gives you greater coverage. To prevent people flocking to private health insurance, the government imposes restrictions, so that only the wealthy and business owners can get private insurance, while everyone else is forced into queues.
Americans give their health insurance companies a monopoly and then wonder why health care insurance providers are crushing them.

I respectfully disagree, doc. He didn't miss the point - single payer is what at need and the point I got was government can be involved with care and it can be just fine which contrary to what conservatives in the country have advocated against. The reason we have it is because people profit off the broken system lol

The health care system in this country is an absolute joke. the education of doctor's itself is literally controlled by the drug/pharm companies. The fda claims its service is to protect the american public but in reality its real intentions are as different as night and day.

The US is the only rich country that neglects the middle class' health care to appease rich CEOs of lousy HMOs. We do morbidly underfund Medicare for 65+, and Medicaid, but working/middle class people that are between the ages of 0 to 64 are screwed. America is evil when it comes to health care.

There should be a video about the drug companies and how they take the lives of Americans everyday, often working in hand with medical doctors for their sinister purposes. How do I know this? A lot of my family members are doctors and are open about the dishonesty of the profession.
