it's from some episode of the "Real World" where Kyle Brandt got pissed off at someone for saying this other guy's name wrong ("it's not ryan, it's ryne!") They played it on Jim's show right around when kyle got hired to make fun of him, and it turned into a running joke

dude kyle brandt is about as cool as clay aiken and his segment ruins the rome show he needs to go back to doing great stuff like the real world or soaps

I am impressed you can text the show while cooking fries at Popeye's. People can be funny without being comedians. You are apparently neither. Don't blame Kyle for that. Careful to not spill hot oil on your phone and watch for the manager over your shoulder. If you burn those fries, you're done for.
