Nairobi/ US State 3 Jan (ANI) : Tensions are high in Nairobi as opposition leader Raila Odinga who vowed to defy police and hold a rally on the 3 of January. This convention comes forward to demand Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki to quit over a disputed election, which has sparked violence that has killed more than 300 people. US state department's spokesman Sean McCormack, on the 2nd of January told reporters that Condoleezza Rice had already spoken to Odinga by telephone and that a call to Kibaki was being scheduled.
