I agree with some previous comments; I can totally appreciate the 70s/80s titles for 'Grange Hill' with the flying sausage, etc., but as I was a youngster in the early 90s, THIS is the one that makes me come over all misty-eyed and pine for my youth... Happy days!

i was in grange hill from 1981-1983 as an estra it was great fun and i ngot paid £25 per day normaly 27 days per series filming todd carthy was a great kid back then

whatever era you are born into will prejudice you, obviously;THE years are late 70s to early 80s and obvioulsy everything after that is crap!

IMO, by 1990, the old theme didn't suit GH anymore, the programme was doing more issue-based serious stuff, hence they made this theme!

I don't know why but everytime I hear the grange hill theme I get all nostalgic! I used to love the show so much.
