@DEATHTHINKING- you got it. those under the table sales are ILLEGAL. those people need to be prosecuted. Also, firearm manufaturers can only sell to liscenced people or the government. So when people don't follow the law thats called crime. You must realize that because murder is illegal isn't going to stop people from doing it. You are trying to degrade all guns. well firearms time and time again defend this country and individuals everyday. Again what law is going to stop crime?

@21davisa Out of all the laws created by man or god, the onlyone that i think has any chance of lowering crime rate or preventing crime itself would be a law that enforces a better education & equel opportunity to all of its people. if the amount of $ spent on the police apperatus was spent on education we would not need police enforcement. police cars have better computers then schools do. sumthin is wacky

@RVqueen I get your argument, but still the US has more weapon related murders than its neighbor to the north for example who have made handguns illegal for public purchase/use. It just makes it easier for someone to decide to kill if they're allowed a conceilable weapon. Keep in mind how many americans are able to infringe upon the rights of others due to a document based on another time in history. Do you work for the NRA or make a living with weapons?

@DEATHTHINKING Well thank you for acknowleding that laws don't do much to stop crime. and you would seem to agree that it isn't guns that kill people but people kill people. as for bashing the NRA. they are huge advocates for education. especially the proper use of firearms and the proper situations to use them. That is why that have many classes all across the nation
