@jesusonXTC Why? Because the Canadian Forces have a much more high standard than the Israeli Defense Forces, who kill, torture, and torment innocent civilians and commit genocide, like "Operation Cast Lead" in Gaza? The IDF is almost like Nazi Stormtroopers. Get a life troll!

@FiveWonNine Delta isn't the best of the best. All of their missions and mission failures are publicized or made into movies. I agree a regular infantry soldier isn't as good as a D-boy, but man Delta is FAR from being the best.

@GnomePuntingftw Im a Canadian and I know thats not any close to being true. DELTA is the best of the best of THE BEST. Soldiers with over 5yrs+ combat, with many CK under their belts. We are trained very well but to compare a DELTA operator to be basic infantry man... is like saying justin beaver is as good as eminem.

@BackBlocks09 well all nato parties control a region of the country. its not like usa, brits, and cdns are all over the place in afghan. they are have a zone they control and that goes for all countries helping out

The SAS from what I read and heard will wear uniforms or whatever friendly unit is there. guess main idea was to avoid F-fire since they would not know they are even there.

@R3dTigerM40A3 How about a shitty army with shitty soldiers? A couple thousand Canadian soldiers did more in Afghanistan than the US's 150 000 soldiers. When Canada got their turn to be the front line combat troops in Afghanistan, Al Qaeda stopped fighting Canadian soldiers in open field firefights because they can't beat them, and reverted to killing Canadian soldiers by use of IED's and roadside bombs. The US were only able to beat off the Al Qaeda because they use fighter aircraft.
