i can do these now, i find arms by the side easier than arms folded across the chest

ok im thinking the best way to progress with these is with negatives. do i do these after front squat or after bk squat. also, will improving my romanian carry over? im thinking to temporary stop doing deads until i get to at least 3 reps with the ghr

@collwatt ya negatives and partials.. partial down and up.. do them after front or back squat doesn't matter.. do them towards the end of the session but, i'd do them before any RDL work etc because you might be too fatigued after RDL to do these properly.. rdl should definitely help a bit, but it is knee flexion after all with GHR and there's none of that in an rdl so, just have to be consistent with the natural ghr's, try to get em in ~3x/week.

Very impressive stuff!!! .. how long did it take you to build up to that ?? just started doing them myself and struggling to even get all the way down (under control) on the negative.

@G4rvE : 6 plus months.. he was pretty adamant on getting it..
i never was able to do it like him.. not even close :)
ya you have to control those negatives and do partials (mini down & ups, quarter rom etc).
