Stock 440 block. Do you build many RB Mopars. Just curious as the mains are notorious for breaking caps. Did you install a BCR cap and Girdle setup or similar. What was the sonic test on the thrusts as 440's are often very thin. 800hp seems to be the limit of a two bolt RB. Do you build many high HP Mopars?

Engine will be going in a 68 Cuda

Thanks for the info. Seeing what you used its even more impressive. What's it going to go into? It'll be a fun ride for sure.

Scat 4340 3.750 crank, 6.760 H beam rods, JE 8.5:1 pistons, total seal gapless top rings, Edelbrock Performer heads with our stage 4 port job, blower intake was ported to match the heads. Custom roller camshaft in the mid 250s duration at 50. We used a stock 440 block, internal balanced the rotating assembly, Block was fully blueprinted, ARP main studs, Head studs. Comp Cams roller rockers. The blower was not stripped, but had tight clearances. We also used a pair of 750 AED Blower carbs.
Wow that motor still has a lot in her I'll certainly be giving you guys a call here in the near future for some parts and advice thanks for the video. It goes to show you don't have to have a hemi to make big numbers.

We used a Scat Crankshaft, Scat connecting rods with ARP2000 Rod bolts, and custom JE pistons. Not sure on the heads. Give Jason a call 800-341-1528 he can sell you all the parts we used for this build.
